These are homemade chicken nuggets. And they are oven baked, not deep fried. Definitely healthy for the whole family.

Pardon my lack of posts.

I’ve been very busy lately.

With my life now revolves around my children, I’m spending less time on computer.

I have much to write - my son, my daughter, my new kitchen gadget, my cooking etc……

But all these have to wait ………

I’m starting to feel hungry. This morning, I had 3 sandwiches with ham but my stomach still feel empty empty. Then grab another bag of chips to munch and satisfied. Looks like I have to stock up plenty of snacks and food at home. At the moment, I have no craving for whatever food. I eat anything and everything. But I do eat proper and nutrition food. I gave up my daily coffee for EnfaMAMA milk or Milo and less cold drinks for me too. I’m still having nausea but manageable. I keep a bottle of persevered fruits at my bed side, in case I need to puke.

This pregnancy also makes me sleepy. I dun remember sleeping and napping so much during my first preg. Now, I need my afternoon nap and at night, I always missed my favourite show“康熙来了”. My eyes auto shutdown after 9pm. That explains why I haven’t been updating this blog.

So I m using this $0 phone with 2 yrs contract with M1.

Dh wanted to buy me a better hp but I insist a simple phone with basic functionality. In fact, I dun mind a hp without camera becos I want to refrain myself from taking and storing these photos on my hp. Losing my prev phone caused a number photos lost as well. Though mostly are kid photos, they are still my personal data and I certainly do not enjoy sharing them with any stranger. Dh suggests setting a security code for my new hp. So the next time whoever steals my hp again, will not able to access the data inside without my code. It seems a hassle, but at least prevents unauthorised access.

Luck hasn’t really been on my side since last year Christmas. First, I had dengue fever. Two days after my recovering, a bird shit on me. Last week, my vacuum cleaner had to breakdown during spring cleaning time. Yesterday, I lost my hp @ McDonald. All my contacts and photos all GONE. How frustrating!

I told LP this year must be 牛年不利, but she said it’s still the year of Rat. So I pray a better luck for the year of Ox.
